I have moved over SupportSuite from LiteMyBB over to LiteSoft's main domain. From here we will provide support via tickets and live support.

Note:
Not all our staff members have a support account & our live support still needs to be spread around the staff so live support may not be on quite so much as the tickets for the first week or two.

In addition, all major security bug reports should be reported via tickets, this includes security issues with our services.
