The difference that matters is shape, not just the number. Our price does not move when you add a member, open a second location, or turn on an integration. If you are planning to grow, compare the totals at the size you expect to be in a year, not today.
When Cobot is the better choice
Cobot is long-established with a mature API and a large installed base in Europe. If you are already running tooling against their API, the migration cost is a real reason to stay put.
We are also younger and smaller than Cobot. If a long reference list is what gets a decision signed off internally, that is a fair reason to pick them, and we would rather say so here than waste your evaluation.
Do the arithmetic on your own numbers
Tell us your member count and how many sites you run. We will tell you what LiteHQ costs, and if the maths does not favour us we will say that too.
