Thinkspace runs seven locations in New Zealand on LiteHQ. Bookings, members, companies and invoicing all sit in one place, so the front desk and the finance side read from the same record instead of reconciling two.

“We tried several of the established platforms before we built this. None of them quite fit how we actually run, but the real problem was the pricing. Per member, per location, per add-on: the bill grows exactly as fast as you do, and for a small operator that turns into one of your biggest monthly outgoings. A flat fee means we can open a location without doing arithmetic first.”

Thinkspace and LiteHQ share common ownership. We run our own coworking business on this platform, which is why the numbers above are a live production workload rather than a pilot.

Real bookings, daily
Members and walk-in guests book rooms through LiteHQ every day. Payments run through Stripe Connect, and confirmations go out as real calendar invites with Accept / Decline.
Real invoices, reconciled
Every booking and membership lands as an invoice in Xero, synced and reconciled automatically, including per-line GST handling.
Real memberships, billing live
Membership-based booking and billing run live at a real NZ coworking space. Members book rooms, tokens deduct, and Stripe charges happen automatically.
Real printing, billed

Real tour pipeline
Prospective members book tours through an embeddable widget on the operator's own site, verify their email, and show up on the operator's calendar.
Real member portal
Members log in with magic links, book rooms, track tokens, and manage their own billing, without filing a ticket at the front desk.
