Bookings · Calendar engine

A calendar built for spaces
that run hot.

Multi-resource day view. Drag to create. Conflict-aware rules per tier. Twelve weeks of bookings render in under 80 ms, even on a Chromebook in a side meeting room.

  • 12 weeksrendered in <80 ms on a Chromebook
  • 8 resourcesside-by-side in day view, no horizontal scroll
  • Zerodouble-bookings since the conflict resolver shipped

01: Capabilities

Built for operators who run more than one room.

  • Drag-to-create

Click an empty cell, drag to set duration. No modal, no friction. Press ⌘K to fill in member, tier, and rate without lifting your hands off the keyboard.

  • Resource columns

Day view lays every meeting room, hot desk, and shared studio side-by-side. Conflicts surface in real time and route to the right rule.

  • Time-zone safe

Bookings store UTC + display TZ. A 9am-Sydney room booked from London still reads 9am for the on-site host, and the right time in both inboxes.

02: Calendar in motion

Six rooms, one screen, no horizontal scroll.

Drag-to-create. Resize to extend. Tap to inspect. Conflicts surface as you draw the block, before you let go of the mouse.

03: Booking controls

Two controls, and we will tell you which.

A minimum booking length, stored separately for members and everyone else, and a facility availability gate enforced on the server. There is no rules engine here, and saying so is more useful than implying one.

  • Minimum duration per booking policy, split by membership
  • Member-only and admin-only facilities, via facility privacy
  • Facilities can be taken off online booking, or given a start and end date
  • Availability is checked server-side, so a shared URL returns a 404
  • No maximum duration, approval step or lead time is enforced today

Hours per week the front desk spent reshuffling room conflicts before / after.

“The day view replaced four browser tabs and a printed sheet. Conflicts surface as a hover, not a Monday-morning argument. The team got their afternoons back.”
