Product · Visitor management
Magic-link check-in.
Host-aware. Compliance-grade.
One link per guest. Sent on invite, scanned at the door, dropped into the audit log on checkout. No paper sheet, no front-desk bottleneck, no “who let them in?”
01 — Capability
Three layers, one visit.
Visitor management in LiteHQ runs end-to-end on the same data the bookings engine uses. Guests aren’t a side feature — they’re a first-class entity tied to rooms, hosts, and invoices.
- Magic link
Members invite from the booking modal. Guests get a signed link that doubles as their door pass — no app install, no account.
QR + numeric fallback. Works offline at the kiosk. - Host notify
Hosts get a push and Slack ping the moment their guest scans in. The kiosk shows the guest who's collecting them.
Configurable per host: push, email, SMS, Slack. - Audit log
Every entry, every exit, every NDA acknowledgement. Exportable to CSV or pulled via API for fire-warden and compliance reports.
7-year retention. Tamper-evident timestamps.
02 — Visit lifecycle
From invite to audit, in four steps.
Every visit follows the same shape. The system handles each transition; humans only see the bits that matter to them.
- Step 1Invite sent
Host sends magic link from the booking. Email includes wifi, parking, and the host's photo.
Member · Jordan L.08:14 AM - Step 2Guest scans

Guest · Daniel @ Acme09:58 AM - Step 3Host notified
Push + Slack ping. Kiosk shows “Welcome, Daniel — Jordan is on her way.”
Host · Jordan L.09:58 AM - Step 4Checked out
Auto-checkout on door close or manual tap. Duration logged to the audit ledger.

03 — Kiosk preview
A welcome screen that does real work.
iPad in lobby, Android tablet at the security desk, or any browser on a Chromebook — the kiosk runs the same React PWA. Offline-safe with queued sync.

- Photo captureOptional. Stored against the visit, not the person
- NDA handoffSign on-device; PDF lands in the host's inbox

04 — Audit log
Every visit. Every door. Every signature.
Filter by host, by room, by date. Export to CSV. Pipe to your data warehouse. The audit log is the single source of truth your fire marshal and your CISO both trust.

“We dropped the paper sign-in book the day we turned LiteHQ on. The audit log paid for the subscription in week one — our insurance renewal asked for two years of visitor records and I exported them in 30 seconds.”
Move your visitor logs out of the binder.
Ship a kiosk and a host workflow this week. Import historical visits from any CSV — including OfficeRnD, Nexudus, and Envoy exports.
