LiteHQ vs Nexudus

Nexudus prices per location per month, scaling with active users at that location. LiteHQ is a flat $99 a month with unlimited members and unlimited locations. Below is what Nexudus publishes, quoted with links, and what we charge.

How this page was written

Every claim about Nexudus below links to Nexudus's own site and shows the date we last checked it. We have not audited Nexudus's feature set, so we do not tell you what it cannot do. Pricing changes: if a figure here disagrees with their site, believe their site and tell us so we can fix it.

Nexudus figures last checked 7 August 2026.

What LiteHQ charges

One plan, $99 a month. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. There is no free tier and no trial: you are charged from day one, and you can leave any month.

  • Unlimited members
  • Unlimited locations
  • Unlimited bookings
  • All integrations (Stripe, Xero, ezeep, Google Calendar)
  • Custom domain
  • Embeddable tour-booking widget

The difference that matters is shape, not just the number. Our price does not move when you add a member, open a second location, or turn on an integration. If you are planning to grow, compare the totals at the size you expect to be in a year, not today.

When Nexudus is the better choice

Nexudus has been in this market far longer than we have and its footprint of integrations and its partner ecosystem are correspondingly larger. If your shortlist is driven by a specific third-party integration, check their directory first: that breadth is a real advantage of an established platform.

We are also younger and smaller than Nexudus. If a long reference list is what gets a decision signed off internally, that is a fair reason to pick them, and we would rather say so here than waste your evaluation.

Do the arithmetic on your own numbers

Tell us your member count and how many sites you run. We will tell you what LiteHQ costs, and if the maths does not favour us we will say that too.
