What LiteHQ charges

One plan, $99 a month. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. There is no free tier and no trial: you are charged from day one, and you can leave any month.

  • Unlimited members
  • Unlimited locations
  • Unlimited bookings
  • All integrations (Stripe, Xero, ezeep, Google Calendar)
  • Custom domain
  • Embeddable tour-booking widget

The difference that matters is shape, not just the number. Our price does not move when you add a member, open a second location, or turn on an integration. If you are planning to grow, compare the totals at the size you expect to be in a year, not today.

When Spacebring is the better choice

If a polished white-label member mobile app is the thing your members judge you on, Spacebring sells that as a first-class product and we do not ship a native app at all. That is a real difference and it may be the deciding one.

We are also younger and smaller than Spacebring. If a long reference list is what gets a decision signed off internally, that is a fair reason to pick them, and we would rather say so here than waste your evaluation.

Do the arithmetic on your own numbers

Tell us your member count and how many sites you run. We will tell you what LiteHQ costs, and if the maths does not favour us we will say that too.
