A coworking CRM
that works every inbound lead.
A pipeline kanban you actually work: book the tour, open any lead in a side drawer, log the next step, and let AI draft the follow-up so no one goes cold. No more shadow spreadsheets for inbound.
01: Capability
Three primitives. Every inbound lead.
Built specifically for coworking sales: tours, day passes, multi-seat companies. Your pipeline lives in the same workspace as your members, tours, and billing, not a bolted-on silo you have to reconcile later.
- Pipeline kanban
Drag to move a lead between stages, drag to reorder within a stage, or sort a column by deal value, follow-up urgency, or newest. Each card carries the lead, the contact, the booked tour, and the deal size. Filter by stage, location, owner, or follow-up.
Open any card in a side drawer for the full lead + timeline. - AI follow-up
On any lead, generate a follow-up email grounded only in that lead's real history, or summarise where it stands for your next call. You review and send; nothing goes out on its own, and it will not quote a price it made up.
Grounded in real activity. You approve every send. - Auto-enrichment (coming soon)
Drop a domain or email to get headcount, industry, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and a fit score. In development; not live yet.
AI enrichment is on the way; no paid Clearbit seat required.
02: Pipeline view
Every lead. Every stage. One glance.
Drag a card between stages to move a lead down the pipeline, drag to reorder within a stage, or sort a column by deal value, follow-up urgency, or newest. Open any card for the full lead, its timeline, and a one-tap AI follow-up.

03: Touring funnel
Where the funnel leaks. Where the funnel converts.
Conversion analytics, live in your pipeline: a stage funnel, win rate, tour show-up rate, win rate by source, and open pipeline value, on a dashboard instead of a quarterly report. (The figures below are an illustrative example.)
35% of inquiries
83% show-up rate
41% of showed
The funnel dashboard has shipped: Pipeline analytics, under Leads, gives you the stage funnel, win rate by source, tour show-up rate and open pipeline value against your own data. The AI note on top is the part still in preview, for example: tour show-up dropped 2pp this month, and 9 of 15 no-shows came from leads that booked < 48h ahead, so an auto-reminder 24h + 2h before the tour would help.
04: Enrichment
Type a domain. Get a company.
AI enrichment is in development (it isn’t live yet). Here’s the plan: drop “mercer.co” into a lead and it builds out the company profile, industry, headcount, LinkedIn, news mentions, and Crunchbase funding round, with an audit trail per field.
- No paid Clearbit seatBuilt in. No per-lookup billing.
- Refresh weeklyHeadcount and round size drift fast; we keep up.
- Per-field auditSee where every field came from, and when it was last verified.

Why we built it
Most coworking teams run inbound out of a spreadsheet nobody updates, or a sales-ops contractor nobody can quite afford. LiteHQ puts the pipeline where your members, tours, and billing already live, not in a bolted-on silo you have to reconcile later.
Stop losing leads in spreadsheets.
AI follow-up drafts are live today. Lead import and AI enrichment are coming soon. Zero seat fees.
