Every desk, every door,
every coffee machine.
Rooms, hot desks, dedicated desks, parking bays, lockers, printers, the espresso machine on the third floor. One inventory, hierarchical groups, capacity rules per type — and a member portal that shows what’s actually bookable right now.

01 — Capabilities
Model the building the way it’s actually laid out.
- Rooms · desks · equipment
Bookable units of any shape. Meeting rooms, hot desks, dedicated desks, podcast booths, 3D printers, parking bays, lockers. If a member asks for it, you can model it.
- Hierarchical groups
Location → Floor → Wing → Room → Seat. As deep as you need; as shallow as a single floor. Rules cascade — a closure on Floor 3 closes every room beneath it.
- Capacity rules
Per-resource max occupancy, double-booking policy, minimum lead time, max advance window, and tier-gated access. Set on a group, override on a unit.
02 — Resource tree
Locations, floors, rooms, desks — collapsible, searchable, draggable.
Click to expand. Drag to reorder. Right-click for closures and tier-gating. Changes save inline; cascading rules update everything beneath the node you touched.
03 — Per-resource config
Everything that makes a resource a resource.
Capacity, hourly rate, amenities, photos, access control. Set once on the parent group, override on the unit. The member portal sees the final resolved view — and so does the access reader at the door.
- Photos & 360° tours — surfaced in member portal and operator dashboard
- Per-tier visibility — Pro sees the boardroom, Day Pass sees the hot desk only
- Access-control wiring — door reader IDs map to tier and active booking
- Closures & maintenance windows — block bookings, refund automatically
- Amenity tags drive filter UI — ‘has whiteboard’, ‘dual monitor’, ‘quiet’
04 — Catalog
Six rows from a real space, with code, type, capacity, and status.

Spreadsheets the front desk used to keep — replaced by one inventory the door reader and the member portal both read from.
“Every room used to live in three places — the floor plan, the booking sheet, and the door reader software. We’d add a quiet room and forget to tell the access system. Now I add a resource in the tree, the door knows about it on save, and the portal lists it on the next refresh.”
Map the space once. Everything else inherits.
Send us your floor plan and resource list. We’ll model the tree, wire the tier rules, and have your member portal listing live resources within a day.
